Returns & Refunds
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
Because each product is made to order, we don’t accept returns for sizing issues or change of mind — so please double-check your selection before ordering. But you can always reach out to us if something isn't right.
Refund Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
How to Request a Refund

Resolution
If your request is approved, we’ll either:
